This Policy explains what personal data Empire Combat Pass (https://empirecombatpass.tv) collects, why and on what legal basis it is processed, who receives it, how long it is kept and what rights you have.

2. What data we collect
2.1. Account data: email address, name if you provide one, language and country.
2.2. Purchase data: the products and events you paid for, amounts, currency, dates, payment status and the payment identifier at the payment provider. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.
2.3. Usage data: content viewed, viewing time and position, device type, browser, operating system, IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, and technical logs needed to deliver and protect the video.

3. Purposes of processing
We process data to create and run your account, to grant the access you paid for, to take payment and issue refunds, to keep accounting records, to enforce geographic and licensing restrictions, to prevent fraud and unauthorised retransmission, to answer your requests, to improve the service and, with your consent, to send news and offers.
4. Legal grounds
4.1. Performance of the contract with you: running the account, granting access, taking payment and issuing refunds.
4.2. Compliance with legal obligations: accounting and tax records, responses to lawful requests from public authorities.
4.3. Legitimate interest: security of the service, protection of rightsholders, fraud prevention, improvement of the service.
4.4. Your consent: newsletters and marketing cookies. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.
5. Who receives the data
5.1. We share data only with service providers that help us operate, and only as far as necessary: payment providers, including the Paynet payment system for payments in Moldovan lei, video hosting and content delivery providers, cloud hosting, email delivery and analytics providers, and the technology provider of the platform the service runs on.
5.2. We disclose data when required by law, by a court decision or by a lawful request of a competent authority, and to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

6. Retention
6.1. Account data is kept while the account is active and for three years after it is closed, unless a longer period is required by law.
6.2. Purchase and payment records are kept for the period required by accounting and tax legislation.
6.3. Technical logs and usage data are kept for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
7. Transfers to other countries
Some of our service providers store or process data outside the country where the controller is registered, including in the European Union and the United States. Such transfers take place where the destination country offers an adequate level of protection or on the basis of contractual safeguards agreed with the provider.
8. Your rights
You have the right to be informed about and to access the data we hold about you; to ask for rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data; to ask for erasure where there is no legal basis for keeping it; to object to processing based on our legitimate interest and to direct marketing; to withdraw consent; not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing producing legal effects for you; and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for personal data protection.
9. How to exercise your rights
Write to from the email address linked to your account and state what you want: access to your data, its rectification or its erasure. We answer within the period set by law and in any case within 30 calendar days. Deleting an account does not affect data we are required by law to keep, such as payment records.
10. Cookies
The service uses cookies that are necessary for it to work (login session, language, stored consents), cookies for audience and performance measurement, and, with your consent, marketing cookies. Optional cookies can be managed through the consent banner and your browser settings.
11. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access control and monitoring. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.
12. Children
The service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data of children without the consent of a parent or guardian.
