Refund Policy

Empire Combat Pass Version from 2026

This Refund Policy forms part of the Empire Combat Pass End User Terms of Use (https://empirecombatpass.tv/terms-of-service) and sets out the terms and conditions for refunds. It does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. What we sell

Empire Combat Pass ("we", "us", "our") provides digital streaming content only: live event streams, pay-per-view (PPV) events, and on-demand video. Everything we sell is digital content supplied electronically, with access granted to you immediately on purchase.

2. Immediate access and your right to cancel

When you buy a stream, PPV event, or pass, you ask for and receive access straight away. At checkout you give your express consent to access beginning immediately, and you acknowledge that by doing so you give up your right to cancel and receive a refund.

This reflects Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013: once the supply of digital content has begun with your consent, the 14-day cooling-off right no longer applies.

In plain terms: once your access has been unlocked, the sale is final.

3. Purchases that are not eligible for a refund

Because our content is digital and access is granted immediately, we do not offer refunds for:

  • A change of mind after purchase
  • Buying the wrong event, stream, or pass by mistake
  • Buying a stream you had already purchased, where access was provided
  • Not watching, or missing, a live stream you had access to
  • Choosing not to watch on-demand content within its availability window
  • Dissatisfaction with the result, outcome, or content of an event
  • Problems caused by your own equipment, internet connection, or an unsupported device

Selecting the wrong stream and then buying the correct one does not entitle you to a refund on the first purchase. Access to that content was supplied as described.

4. When we will consider a refund

We will review a refund request where the failure is on our side. Specifically:

  • You paid but were never given access to the content you purchased
  • A live stream did not broadcast at all due to a fault on our side (not a fault with your connection or device)
  • You were charged more than once in error for the same purchase
  • The content delivered was materially not as described on the purchase page

Where a live stream suffers a significant technical failure on our side, our first step is to fix the issue or provide access to a replacement or a recording. A refund, full or partial, is considered only where a working alternative cannot reasonably be provided.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If it is not, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a repair, a replacement, or a refund where those are not possible. These rights cannot be excluded, and they are not limited by the timeframe in Section 6.

6. How to request a refund

Send your request to [email protected] from the email address registered to your account, as soon as possible and ideally within 48 hours of the event or purchase so we can investigate while the details are fresh. Please include:

  • Your account email and order or receipt reference
  • The event or stream you purchased
  • A clear description of the problem, with screenshots or evidence where possible

We aim to respond within 5 working days. Where a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

7. Chargebacks

If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can put it right. Raising a chargeback with your bank or card provider before contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the matter is investigated.

8. Contact and governing law

Empire Combat Pass is operated by FORTY Broadcast Ltd (Company No. 17255266), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
